Holm Oak Pinot Gris 2024 Region_Clare Valley Bright straw in colour withHolm Oak's Pinot Gris was hand picked and immediately pressed to tank to minimize skin contact. 20% was wild fermented in used oak barrels and 10% in tank, while the remaining grapes were fermented with aromatic yeast for enhanced aromatics. After two months of aging on lees for a richer mouthfeel, the wine was blended and bottled. This wine has beautiful, lifted pear, floral and musk characters on the nose with some interesting spicy complexity.
